The 2012 NRA (National Restaurant Association Show) show, where 'R' is for Restaurant not Rifle, takes place every year in what is arguably the food capital of the nation, Chicago. This year the dates have changed, they are having the show from May 5-8 2012 at McCormick Place. The NRA show also coincides with the two day International Wine, Spirits & Beer show, taking place in the lower level of McCormick Place. A separate badge is needed for admittance to the IWSB event.
With celebrities of all varieties being featured as keynote speakers, special appearance chefs, and for book signings, be sure to plan your days at NRA accordingly! A big highlight this year will be former president Bill Clinton, he is scheduled as a keynote speaker on Sunday, May 6th at 2pm. Our NRA Trade show models are hoping to get a glimpse!
